By using MVP Breaks (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian purchase on your behalf) to buy a spot in a break or order from the store.
Items ship within 5 business days of the break. Risk of loss transfers on delivery to the carrier; tracking is provided for every shipment. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate addresses.
Memorabilia listed as authenticated includes its certificate (PSA, JSA, or Beckett). Tampering with packaging or removing seals voids returns and any authenticity claim.
Harassment, threats, hate speech, or attempts to defraud in chat, on Discord, in DMs, or during a stream may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any remaining spots or orders.
The MVP Breaks name, logo, stream content, and site content are owned by us. You may not copy, rebroadcast, or repurpose them without written permission.
The Service is provided “as is”. Sports collectibles carry market risk; we make no guarantees about future value of any pull or item.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 90 days before the claim arose.
