MVP Breaks (“we”, “us”) operates live sports card breaks and a related online store. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
To fulfill orders, run giveaways, send transactional updates, improve the site, and detect abuse.

We use first-party storage for sessions and lightweight click analytics. UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) from inbound links are stored alongside redirect events to measure where visitors come from.
We share information only with service providers we need to operate — payment processors, shipping carriers, email delivery, and hosting. Each receives only what's needed for their service.
Account and order data is kept while your account is active and as required for tax and legal obligations. Analytics events are aggregated over time.

MVP Breaks is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
